- The Green Concierge Project is grant funded through the Empire State Development and the Catskill Watershed Corporation. 150 lodging facilities in the Catskill Watershed region are receiving technical assistance to improve their economic and environmental sustainability practices. Fifty facilities will participate in a green certification program to further document and verify their sustainable practices. The project goal is to instigate environmental sustainability and economic stability one property at a time. Properties eligible to participate must be located in the counties and towns of the Catskill Watershed. HospitalityGreen LLC, an environmental consulting firm, is spearheading the GC project.
